Update We are seeing that quite of few of you are receiving emails but they are going into your spam or bulk folders. Please make sure that you include Slide as a safe sender. |

Got the email with the link to the secret item this morning. Clicked the link and was told I needed to be logged in with my pet to get it, but Trogdor was in the small box thing under and to the right of the message and so I was obviously logged in. I logged out and back in and still received the message. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened... Whats the deal?? |

LIKE TO KNOW THAT ONE MY SELF I HAVE LEFT SO MANY MESSAGES ABOUT EMAILS NOT ONLY SECRET ONES BUT ALL EMAILS DON'T RECIEVE ANY OF THEM ANY MORE WHAT'S UP PLEASE ANSWER QUESTION THANKS |

Pamela, have you tried using Gmail? It seems they don't block emails from slide, whereas Yahoo! and other web-based sites do. |

The provider I use is @peoplepc. I have Superpoke on both Facebook and myspace and haven't been able to get any of the secret items from my emails. |

SPP.com has logged me off and they say my password is incorrect...yet when I ask for the reset they say an email has been sent...I NEVER GET ONE...and its not in my spam....I have unistalled and reinstalled flash player. I have cleared my browser cache.....LET ME BACK IN... |
